Hello friends, this is Andy Hopper. I am a bodybuilder by passion. I am associated with bodybuilding for the last 4 years and I was just intending to tell you some insights about bodybuilding. These are just basics but extremely helpful for long run.
Like thousands of others, I too had started bodybuilding just because of my friends. They were all insisting me to join the gym and I got carried away a bit with their insistence. I planned to join the gym. My plan was to do it for a month or so just to take the feel of it and then quit it.
After doing it for the first two weeks I developed a sense inside me that I quite like this hard work and my energy level was started responding positively by then. 4 years have passed by after that and I am still doing bodybuilding. It has become a part of my life. My intention of this post is to tell you guys a little about bodybuilding since I have gathered a decent amount of knowledge about this process.
If you are serious about bodybuilding, you have to do it right with persistence. And there is no short cut of achieving a muscular physique. One thing I have understood from my experience that you cannot do all kinds of exercises, you need to first select a set of exercise and then work on them regularly.
I work out 6 days a week and the exercises I do include warm up, pushups, pull ups, bench presses, dumbbell presses, incline hammer curl, incline inner-bicep curl, bar curl, hammer curl, squat, sit ups, barbell abs rollout, abs roll out on knees etc. Now, you must be thinking that completing all these exercise will take hours. It is true; this is why I have divided my workout schedule.
The first day of the week I do exercise for biceps and chest, the next day I concentrate on my abs only and the third day I focus on my thighs and legs. And the next three days I repeat the process. Each exercise is divided in 3 sets and in each set is consisted of 16 to 20 reps. I do warm up regularly because this is the prime thing. And while doing exercise you need to be careful about breathing. An experienced trainer would be the right option for this.
Along with such hardcore exercise regularly, I use Anavar so that my body remains tight and hard. This is a cutting element that helps to keep away the extra body fats. I buy Anavar from online store strengthandsteroid all the time. Ever since I have started using steroids, I buy from this store only.
I am quite certain that if you can continue your exercise for the first 4 to 5 months of beginning, you will develop an urge to do it for a longer period. But do consult with an expert trainer at the time of exercise. This is very important since you would definitely not like to enjoy adverse results.
